Toll Processing-Slitting
With two slitting lines housed in our manufacturing plant, Amerimet can slit aluminum or steel coil up to 50” in width. Toll Processing-Flat Sheet
Amerimet can also level and produce flat sheet up to 60” in width on our cut-to-length sheet line. Exceptional service and quality make Amerimet South Florida’s first-choice toll processor for aluminum and steel flat sheet.

Toll Processing-Embossing
Our 50" embossing line gives Amerimet the capability to emboss both stucco and woodgrain patterns on aluminum and steel coil. Manufacturers, distributors, importers and producers can send their coil products to be embossed to their required specifications.

Toll Processing-PVC Film
Amerimet can also apply PVC film on any aluminum or steel coil sheet product up to 50” wide.

Customized Painted Coil-Aluminum & Steel
Amerimet stocks extensive inventories of aluminum and steel coil at three different paint lines located throughout the United States. In this way, we can respond to most painted coil requirements quickly and effectively.

Used Machinery
As a complementary line to our main business, Amerimet also offers used machinery for the metals fabricating industry. We can source most machinery requirements for your roll-forming and fabricating needs.
